- We reserve the right to adjust service times due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions.
- Customers will receive a notification at least 24 hours in advance of any changes to their scheduled service.
Payment Terms
Pricing
Our pricing structure is based on the size of your lawn, the frequency of service, and any additional services requested. Detailed pricing information is provided upon request and subject to change with prior notice.
Payment Methods
- We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and cash.
- Invoices are issued monthly and are payable within 14 days of receipt.
- Late payments may incur a service suspension until the outstanding balance is settled.
Responsibilities
Provider Responsibilities
Lawn Mowing Euston is committed to delivering high-quality services in a timely and professional manner. Our responsibilities include:

- Respecting your property and minimizing any disruptions during service.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to:
- Provide clear access to the lawn and any areas requiring service.
- Communicate any specific instructions or preferences prior to service.
- Ensure that pets and small children are kept away from the service area for safety purposes.
Cancellation Policy
Service Cancellation
Customers may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours' notice without incurring any fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the upcoming service charge.
Provider Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Lawn Mowing Euston needs to cancel a scheduled service, we will provide at least 24 hours' notice and offer to reschedule at the customer's convenience.
Liability and Insurance
Liability
Lawn Mowing Euston is fully insured and liable for any damages caused by our negligence during service. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damages caused by natural events beyond our control.
Insurance Coverage
Our comprehensive insurance policy covers bodily injury and property damage arising from our operations. Customers are advised to report any incidents immediately to facilitate prompt resolution.
Termination of Services
Termination by Customer
Customers may terminate services at any time with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date must be settled.
Termination by Provider
Lawn Mowing Euston reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, misuse of services, or violation of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, the customer will be notified and any due payments must be cleared immediately.
